David Roppo

David Roppo was born and raised in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. He is a seasoned operations/sales manager and a customer service enthusiast who believes that positive, dealer relationships are established by forging partnerships and building the know, like, and trust factor. David began working in the industry at Lowe’s Home Improvement as a service manager and assistant store manager, particularly in the commercial, lawn and garden segment. With all of the technological advancements in the industry, and Steven Willand’s broad, product offering, David believes there are enormous opportunities for dealers and consumers, even those who want to go green and join the Greenworks Commercial cordless power revolution! When David’s not working, he likes staying fit with CrossFit training and also enjoys cruising around in his 2018 Dodge Challenger RT.

Dave Willis

Dave Willis is a Field Sales Manager for the New England Region. Dave lives for power equipment as he has many years of experience working at Agway, Crandall-Hicks Company (Boston Lawnmower) and Husqvarna. Dave resides in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts with his wife Lucille of 38 years. Dave enjoys his family, Cape Cod, boating and everything Boston sports.

Terry Robison has been in the outdoor power equipment for many years with vast amounts of knowledge. In Terry’s free time he grows vegetables and raises farm animals with the help of his vintage tractor collection.

Pat James

Pat James has been overseeing the operations of the SWI turf division since 1999 and has now transitioned into our PLC division. He strives to give every customer the “Willand Experience.” This translates into is a strong support of equipment purchase through superior customer service.  When Patrick is not in the office you can find him on the bowling lanes knocking some pins over. He also loves spending time with his boys who are into tennis, soccer and football.  Patrick is also an avid fan of collegiate and professional football, baseball and basketball.

Kevin Ranagan

Kevin joined SWI in 2015, and brings fifteen years of OPEI experience with him. A Long Island kid, Kevin grew up in Huntington and has covered Long Island and NYC in several sales areas over the past 30 years. When not helping dealers and end-users, Kevin and his wife enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren. Kevin also indulges in playing golf, traveling the USA and watching baseball.

Bill Dougherty grew up in the lawn mower business. A longtime SWI team member, Bill has been with SWI for 26 years as a territory manager. His likes include, spending time with his three kids and wife, sales, and cooking.

Stewart is our internal BobCat specialist as there are few questions that can stump him.

Mike Creech

Mike was born and raised in western Massachusetts, and graduated from Westfield High School in 1983. He began working in the parts department for a local electronics manufacturer, and progressed from an entry level position to department manager. In 1996 he was hired by a power equipment distributer to manage their parts department, and eventually made the jump to the sales-team. In June of 2016 Mike joined Steven Willand Inc. In his spare time he enjoys golfing, hiking, and spending time with his family.
